Project information
Venturi connects top-tier tech talent with leading companies, working across candidates and employers at the sharp end of the industry. The existing brand didn't match the calibre of the businesses Venturi was placing people into, it needed to feel confident and current rather than generic recruitment-agency. The brief covered both identity and website.
We built a glitch-edged wordmark and tuning-fork mark, paired with a purple palette and gradient washes across dark backgrounds, and serif display type to keep the bolder moments grounded. The result is a brand that reads sharp and tech-native, "connecting great minds, igniting success", carried through onto a site built to match, from hero to job listings to the partner roster.
